Google has some new features for the introduction of Google Blog Search today. These are: RSS and Atom feeds, an iGoogle gadget, a "hot search" function, "recent posts" function.
RSS and Atom feeds
Google says the addition of feed was the most requested features for the blog search. Users can rely on a particular topic or a story. There is a "subscribe" heading in the left column on this page, and below are the links for Atom and RSS.

iGoogle Gadget
Gadget, users can integrate Google Blogsearch first page of the iGoogle page (or other pages that are compatible with iGoogle gadgets). In this gadget, users can follow the topic they want and customize training to "the story of their choice.

Hot Query
Hot issue is the actual function was added to the Google Blog Search homepage. It's pretty much what is sounds like. It was listsl Popular Searches in Blog Search. Google says this is "an easy way to quickly show trends dive into conversation on the Internet." If you're not a Twitter user, it might be a good alternative to the trend Twitter's topic.

Breaking news is also added Google Blog Search homepage. This shows the new posts from popular blogs. "The hot issue highlights what people are looking, latest posts, you can know about the history, even before people began searching for them," Google said in a company blog.
